Who We Are
Boiler Academy is connected to Gas Certify Ltd, a professional gas and heating services company based in Ealing, West London. The academy was established to provide engineers, apprentices and heating professionals with structured, practical boiler training that goes beyond basic theory.
Boiler Academy is focused on engineer development, practical diagnostic confidence and improving the quality of boiler fault-finding across the UK heating industry.
Why Boiler Academy Exists
Many engineers have a good foundation of theory knowledge but still lack real confidence when faced with diagnostic situations on-site. Fault codes, pressure issues and intermittent faults can be difficult to approach without a clear, structured process.
Boiler Academy exists to bridge this gap — providing structured learning, real-world fault-finding techniques and the F.L.A.M.E. Method™ to help engineers and apprentices make better decisions on the job.
The goal is to build a generation of heating professionals who diagnose with logic, test with confidence and repair with evidence.

Our Location
In-centre practical training is currently held at Boiler Academy's Ealing, West London location. Engineers from across the UK can access the Learning Hub online and travel to London for selected practical sessions when available.

UK-Wide Online Access
While in-centre training is currently London-based, the Boiler Academy Learning Hub is available online to engineers and apprentices across the UK. You do not need to be in London to access the Learning Hub.
The Learning Hub supports engineers in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Bristol and all UK locations with online training resources, course pathways and engineer development support.
